Future Haven

My mom and I went furniture scouting today and we found some fantastic stuff that will tie in oh-so-nicely to everything I'm planning on doing. I haven't bought a thing....am waiting for escrow to close to do that. They tell you to not buy anything while in escrow so you don't mess up the possibility of your loan going through. But I'm telling you, the day after closing is going to be one expensive day. Years of frugality will culminate in a home decorating frenzy. Thank goodness for first-time home buyer credits or else I'd find myself in an empty place picnicking in the middle of the hardwood floors...
